Application: Fence Exception Dear Mr. Perham, The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application to construct a 5-foot fence along the front and side property lines on the above referenced property as shown on the submitted project plans. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by the Campbell Municipal Code § 21.18.060 (E). Your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The fencing shall substantially conform to the approved revised project plans (enclosed) stamped as received on January 19, 2010. 2. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division prior to installation of the approved fence. This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office by February 1, 2010. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt. Otherwise, you may commence construction of the new fencing at the close of the 10 day appeal period.
