Fence Exception - 2010CITY of CAMPBELL Community Development Department September 23, 2010 Michael Inouye Silicon Valley Builders Group, Inc. 481 Auzerais Avenue San Jose, CA 95126 Re: File No: PLN2010-211 Address: Pollard Road HOA APN: 403-21-034:086 Application: Fence Exception Dear Mr. Inouye, The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your Fence Exception application to replace existing 6-foot, 6-inch patio fences throughout the above referenced community with like new fencing as depicted on the submitted project plans. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by the Campbell Municipal Code § 21.18.060 (E). Your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions oI~ approval: 1. The fencing shall substantially conform to the approved project plans (enclosed) stamped as received on September 1, 2010. 2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permit from the Campbell Building Division prior to construction of the approved fencing. Please contact the Building Division at 866-2130 to determine if a building permit is necessary. This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office by October 4, 2010. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt. Otherwise, you may commence construction of the new fencing at the close of the 10 day appeal period.
