DEED RESTRICTION
As a condition of a building permit for the conversion of an existing attached workshop into residential living
area, by the City of Campbell, allowing the Owner(s) of the real property located at 551 Budd Avenue,
California, Assessor Parcel Number APN: 404-25-006, to convert and maintain inhabitable space into
additional habitable space of the main residence on the property, the following Deed Restriction is placed on the
property through Recordation of this document.
Habitable Space Restriction
The following Habitable Space Restriction is set forth:
The additional habitable space allowed through the Building Permit process to convert the
existing workshop area into additional main residence habitable living space shall not be
remodeled or used as a secondary dwelling unit. The proposed habitable space conversion
shall remain a part of the main residence and shall not be walled off or physically separated in
any manner from the reminder of the residence. At no time shall there be more than one
kitchen on site.
Zoning Restriction: The zoning of this property is R-1-6 (Single family residential).
