LLP Application: Sign Permit -Wall Signs Mr. Krueker: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2011-94) for two wall signs on property located at 267 E. Campbell Avenue. The new wall signs consist ofnon-illuminated individual channel letters peg mounted to the wall. The first wall sign is located on the southeast elevation of the building at the intersection of E. Campbell Avenue and N. First Street and is 8.4 square feet in area reading, "Loomis & Co. LLP, Certified Public Accountants. "The second wall sign is located on the north elevation of the building and is 13.3 square feet in area reading, "Loomis & Co. LLP, Certified Public Accountants. " The Planning Division has found that the proposed signage is consistent with a previously approved Sign Exception for this tenant space issued on May 29, 1999. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on April 18, 2001. 3. T'he signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. LLP Application: Sign Permit -Wall Signs Mr. Krueker: The Planning Division has reviewed a Sign Permit application (PLN2011-94) for two new wall signs to replace two existing wall signs previously approved through a Sign Exception Permit that was issued on May 29, 1999. Prior to approval, this application must be revised to comply with the location and size standard set forth in the Sign Exception approval. Specifically, the following shall be revised: 1. Sign Dimensions: The northern wall sign shall be revised to match the sign dimensions and placement of the previously approved sign. The proposed sign shall be centered on the wall between the building edge and window frame. The sign area for this sign shall not exceed 8 feet, 6 inches in length and twenty-three inches in height.
