Application: Sign Permit -Pacific Catch
Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved this Sign Permit application (PLN2011-129)
for three signs described below and as shown on the approved sign plans, on property located at
the above referenced address. The Community Development Director has determined that the
proposed signage is consistent with Planning Commission Resolution No. 4021, adopted by the
Planning Commission at its meeting of April 26, 2011.
Conditionally Approved Signage:
1. One 33.1 square foot sign with internally illuminated aluminum reverse-pan letters consisting
of "Pacific Catch" and an internally illuminated cabinet with an acrylic face consisting of
"fresh fish grill" located on the east elevation of the new tower element.
2. One 11 square foot sign with internally illuminated aluminum reverse-pan letter consisting of
"Pacific Catch" and an internally illuminated cabinet with an acrylic face consisting of "fresh
fish grill" located on the east elevation of the remodeled entry element.
3. One 5 square foot externally illuminated projecting or "shingle" sign consisting of "Pacific
Catch fresh fish grill" located at the entrance of the tenant space under the modified
entryway.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following requirements and/or revisions:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to
sign installation.
2. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on May
16, 2011.

3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
