Dear Ms. Parks,
Thank you for your June 8, 2011 submittal for a Sign Permit. The Planning Division has
conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2.011-149) for two signs. The
first sign is a new 13.6 square foot aluminum wall sign with vinyl graphics reading,
"Frost Cupcake Factory (and includes a cupcake logo)". The proposed wall sign will be
externally illuminated through down lighting provided by the installation of a new
black gooseneck light mounted above the wall sign. The second sign is a new non-
illuminated 5.4 square foot metal projecting sign reading, "Frost Cupcake Factory (and
includes cupcake logo)". The projecting sign will be installed with 8 feet of clearance as
required by City regulations.
The proposed signage has been found to be consistent with both the City of Campbell
downtown sign regulations and the previously adopted Master Sign Plan for the project
site.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building
Division prior to sign installation.
2. The wall sign and projecting sign shall be fabricated and installed per the revised
project plans, dated. as received on June 8, 2011.

3. The approved wall sign shall be centered over the proposed hood vent penetration
of the storefront elevation in order to completely screen from view. Additionally, the
wall sign mounting bracket shall be installed in such a manner and to secure the
wall sign to the exterior wall without obstructing airflow from the hood vent.
4. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times anal shall be
repaired or replaced as necessary.
