Dear Mr. Flores:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved this Sign Permit application
(PLN2011-212) for two 21 square-foot internally illuminated metal `wall signs on
property located at the above referenced address reading "Patxi s", pursuant to
Planning Commission Resolution No. 4026. The Community Development Director has
determined that the proposed signage is consistent with the Planning Commission's
approval that exempts the new signage from the previously adopted Pruneyard Master
Sign Plan. The signage has also been found consistent with all applicable City sign
regulations not modified through the May 24, 2011, Planning Commission Resolution of
approval.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following requirements and/or
revisions:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building
Division prior to sign installation.
2. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as received
on August 22, 2011.
3. The proposed neon tubing shall provide a halo light effect. The neon tubing shall be
installed in such a manner as to be hidden from public view from all viewing angles.

4. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
