The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception satisfies the required findings as specified by the Campbell Municipal Code Sec. 21.18.060(E) and 21.18.060(D)(2). This approval is final in 10 calendar days of the Community Development Director's decision, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office by June 13, 2011. If an appeal is received, you will be immediately notified of its receipt. Otherwise, following the appeal period, the Planning Division will provide final clearance to Building Permit No. BLD2010-00200, allowing you to request a "final" building permit inspection.
