interferance, air quality and water quality.

for single-family homes, maximum Floor Area Ratio of 0.45, maximum 50%
paving in front yard areas and increased front yard setback from 15 feet to 20 feet.
These new regulations will apply to all residential areas of Campbell, except those
located in the San Tomas Neighborhood, whose plan already contains similar
standards.
4. Parking - New development may take advantage of using either uniform-sized
parking stalls or a combination of standard and compact sized stalls.
5. Sign Regulations - The amount of window signs allowed to be displayed will be
reduced from 50% to 25 % and regulations pretaining to temporary banner signs
will be modified to require that they be limited to 60 days per calendar year.
