Sunnyoaks Avenue ~ Executive Offices for Lease Dear Mr. Ball: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2009-009) for two temporary wall mounted signs to be located at 125 E. Sunnyoaks Avenue and found that the proposed signs are consistent with the Sign Ordinance. The new wall mounted signs are individually 12 square feet in area in vinyl and read "Executive Offices for Lease -Call Jim 408-219-2274 ". This Temporary Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on January 14, 2009. 2. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 3. The sign may be displayed for one year, or until the building or space is sold, rented or leased, whichever occurs first unless the following conditions exist: i. The building or commercial center is twenty-five percent un-leased; or ii. The site is vacant. Real estate signs on vacant sites shall be removed prior to transfer of title.
