Hamilton Avenue Application: Sign Permit -Citibank Dear Ms. Korte: The Planning Division has conditionally approved this Sigp Permit application (PLN2011-298) for two wall signs and the reface of one existing monument sign, as shown on the building elevations and site plan section submitted with the Sign Permit application, on property located at the above referenced address. Pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 4001, the Community Development Director has determined that the proposed signage is consistent with the Master Sign Program for the Safeway Commercial Center, approved by the Planning Commission at its meeting of November 9, 2010. Conditionally Approved Signage: 1. One 28.03 sq. ft. internally halo illuminated canopy mounted channel letter sign consisting of "Citibank" attached to the existing northern elevation canopy. 2. One 28.03 sq. ft. internally halo illuminated canopy mounted channel letter sign consisting of "Citibank" attached to the existing southern elevation canopy. 3. Two 32.25 sq. ft. non-illuminated sign faces to be 4ttached to an existing double sided monument sign. Each of the two sides would consist of a total of 32.25 sq. ft. of sign area. No additional signage will be allowed on the existing monument sign. 4. Two 2.4 sq. ft. non-illuminated "exit only" and one x.41 sq. ft. non-illuminated ``drive-up banking" freestanding identification signage as shown an the approved project plans. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following requirements and/or revisions: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. PLN2O11-298 ~ 970 W Hamilton Avenue Page 2 of 2 2. The signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as received on November 28, 2011. 3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
