Dear Mr. Ford:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved this Sign Permit application (PLN2011-302)
for one wall sign, on property located at the above referenced address. Pursuant to Planning
Commission Resolution No. 4001, the Community Development Director has determined that
the proposed signage is consistent with the Master Sign Program for the Safeway Commercial
Center, approved by the Planning Commission at its meeting of November 9, 2010.
Conditionally Approved Signage:
One 21.62 sq. ft. internally illuminated wall mounted channel letter raceway sign consisting
of "Supercuts".
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following requirements and/or revisions:
1. The proposed raceway mount shall be painted to match the existing exterior building color.
2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to
sign installation.
3. The sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as received on
December 5, 2011.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
