Bascom Avenue, Unit #C -Sprint Store Application: Sign Permit -Wall Signage Dear Mr. Flores, Thank you for your October 4, 2011 revised submittal for a Sign Permit. The Planning Division has conditionally approved your Sign Permit application (PLN2011-213) for a new sign the new Sprint store at 1640 S. Bascom Avenue Unit #C. The approved signs are a new 26.5 square foot internally illuminated sign on the western building frontage facing Bascom Avenue reading "Sprint" and two new internally illuminated signs reading "Sprint" and each measuring 16.4 square feet on the two frontages on the eastern side of the building. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following Conditions of Approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved project plans, dated as received on October 4, 2011. 3. The approved signage shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
