cancelled)

This is the point on the agenda where members of the public may address the Commission on items
of concern to the Community that are not listed on the agenda this evening. People may speak up to
5 minutes on any matter concerning the Commission.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. PLN2011-203 Public Hearing to consider the application of Pace Anti-Piracy, Inc., for a
Pace Anti- Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2011-203) for an exterior
Piracy, Inc. remodel of an existing 3,840 square foot two-story office building and
proposed modifications to landscaping and paving areas on the property
located at 1860 S. Bascom Avenue. Staff is recommending that this
project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning
Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within
10 calendar days. Project Planner: Steve Prosser, Associate Planner
2. PLN2011-11 Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Ron Dick for a Conditional
Dick, R. Use Permit (PLN2011-11) to allow alterations to a City Landmark (National
Register of Historic Places property) for an addition to the main house,
minor addition and interior remodel of the two-story carriage house and an
addition to the existing pool house on property located at 140 S. Peter
Drive. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically
Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed
in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. Project Planner: Steve
