A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FREITAS +
FREITAS TO PREPARE AN UPDATED HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL
PLAN
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has received three
bids to prepare an updated Housing Element to the Campbell
General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Department has selected the proposal from
the firm of Freitas + Freitas based upon the firm's
experience, references from other municipalities, quality of
services, and cost;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AS FOLLOWS:
The Director of Planning is hereby authorized to
execute a consultant services agreement with Freitas +
Freitas to prepare an updated Housing Element of the General
Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Campbell this 1st day of May, 1990,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: KOTOWSKI, WATSON, CONANT, BURR, ASHWORTH
