BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AT
1211, 1213, 1215 SMITH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer that
public improvements at 1211, 1213, 1215 Smith Avenue have been
completed in accordance with City standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that public
improvements be, and the same are herby accepted, and that the City
Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said
improvements.
