BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1989-90 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for
funds not originally authorized in the 1989-90 fiscal year budget;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available from the construction tax for bridge
widening on Hamilton Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorize the
transfer of construction tax funds in the amount of $80,000 from
account no. 001.206.2246 for bridge widening on Hamilton Avenue to
730.4883.
