BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH 900 E. HAMILTON
AVENUE ASSOCIATES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HAMILTON AVENUE
BRIDGE WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, 900 E. Hamilton Avenue Associates and the City of Campbell
desire to construct improvements necessary to widen Hamilton Avenue
Bridge over State Route 17; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented by 900 E. Hamilton Avenue
Associates to construct those improvements and to share costs for
that construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March 1990, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers KOTOWSKI, WATSON, CONANT, BURR, ASHWORTH
NOES: Councilmembers NONE
