RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CLAIMS TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Manager a proposed
agreement for consultant services regarding a study of the City's reserve
funding levels for its Workers' Compensation and Long-Term Disability
Insurance self-insured programs; and
WHEREAS, the agreement document sets forth the services, cost and
time-frame for completion of the services; and
WHEREAS, the completion of this study is in compliance with the City's
Financial Policies with regard to evaluation of self-insured program
reserve levels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the City
Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute the said agreement on
behalf of the City of Campbell.
