RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF CAMPB~•T•
DESIGNATING APPROPRIATE STAFF rm~nnuc NHO ARE AUTHORIZED
TO APPLY FOR STATE ASSISTANCE AS A RESULT OF TSE EXPENSES INCURRHD
RESULTING FROM TH6 OCTOBER 17, 1989 EARTHQUAR6
WHEREAS, Geoffrey Whittaker, Finance Director, or Tara Adams, Assistant
City Manager, or Donald Wimberly, Public Works Director, is hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Campbell, a public
entity established under the laws of the State of California, this
application and to file it in the Office of Emergency Services for the
purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assistance under P.L.
930-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency
Assistance Act of 1988, or state financial assistance under the Natural
Disaster Assistance Act; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell, A public entity established under the laws
of the State of California, hereby authorizes its agent to provide to the
State Office of Emergency Services for all matters pertaining to such
state disaster assistance the assurances and agreements required.
