BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH WDT-WINCHESTER, A
CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS,
WINCHESTER BOULEVARD AT CAMDEN AVENUE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell,
California that the Mayor be authorized and is hereby authorized
to execute the agreement with WDT-Winchester, a California
Limited Partnership, for the construction of street improvements,
Winchester Boulevard at Camden Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Campbell this 20th day of February
