A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL HONORING
SHARON TEETER FOR TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS OF SERVICE
WHEREAS, Sharon Teeter began her twenty-eight-year tenure with the City of Campbell on
July 2, 1984, as a Housing Rehabilitation Assistant and held that job title until July 10, 1989,
when her position was reclassified to Housing and Community Development Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, Sharon Teeter has worked enthusiastically, diligently and with compassion to serve
senior and low-income members of our community in dealing with housing issues and needs;
and
WHEREAS, Sharon Teeter managed the CD'

WHEREAS, Sharon Teeter has been an essential part of the Redevelopment Agency and later
the Community Development Department for twenty-eight years and dedicated her talents to
making Campbell a better place to live and work; and
WHEREAS, Sharon Teeter helped the City to achieve and later allocate many affordable
housing units as part of the City's Inclusionary Housing Ordinance requirements including 70
affordable apartments (1994); 100 family units at San Tomas Gardens (1994); three units on
Cannery Circle (1999); a total of six Habitat for Humanity homes built on City-owned properties
on Grant (2000) and Victor/Campbell Avenues (2002); the recent conversion of three market-
rate units into BMR units in the Downtown (2011); and the currently under-construction Water
District Property development on which 24 affordable first-time homebuyer townhomes will soon
be completed (2012).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell does
hereby express its appreciation to Sharon Teeter for twenty-eight years of exemplary service
and offers its best wishes for a fulfilling and enjoyable retirement.
