A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY REDGWICK CONSTRUCTION
FOR EAST CAMPBELL AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (07-11) AND
MISCELLANEOUS SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS (09-12) AND DIRECT THE FILING
OF THE NOTICES OF COMPLETION AND
AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, Redgwick Construction has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under the East Campbell Improvement
Project 07-11 and the Miscellaneous Sidewalk Improvements Project 09-12 and directs
the City Engineer to file the Notices of Completion and authorizes staff to complete a
budget adjustment of up to $214,241 of CIPR funds to the East Campbell Avenue
Improvement Projects 07-11 and 09-12.
