A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACCEPTING
STREET DEDICATION, A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT AND AN EMERGENCY
VEHICLE ACCESS EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION ON A PARCEL MAP
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1161 VIRGINIA AVENUE
WHEREAS, on November 6, 2007 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10832
approving a Tentative Parcel Map for property located at 1161 Virginia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, street dedication, a public service easement and an emergency vehicle
access easement are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and
have been offered for dedication on the Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
the street dedication, public service easement and an emergency vehicle access
easement offered for dedication as shown on the said map are hereby accepted in
conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 2012 by the following roll call vote:
