A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR PROJECT 10-FF, POLLARD ROAD/
KNOWLES DRIVE BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROJECT, AND
DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell adopted Resolution No. 11305 on July 19, 2011,
authorizing the City Engineer to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder for
Project 10-FF, Pollard Road/Knowles Drive Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Project; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the City Engineer and Chrisp Company on
November 7, 2011; and
WHEREAS, Chrisp Company has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements on Project 10-FF, Pollard Road/Knowles Drive
Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Project and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
