RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CITY COUNCIL SERVING AS THE
SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR THE FORMER REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE THIRD RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE
CROPS) AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1,2013
THROUGH JUNE 30, 2013.
WHEREAS, the Successor Agency shall approve a Recognized Obligation Payment
Schedule CROPS) and Administrative Budget for each six month period of the fiscal year under
ABx1 26, the State's Dissolution Act of Redevelopment Agencies; and
WHEREAS, under AB1484, the timeline for approving the third ROPS has been
accelerated by two months to provide the State a longer time frame to review the Successor
Agency's ROPS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Campbell City Council serving as
the Successor Agency hereby approves the attached Third ROPS and Administrative Budget for
the period of January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 and directs staff to present said ROPS and
administrative budget attached to this resolution to the Oversight Board for approval.
ADOPTED August 7, 2012 by the City Council (serving as the Successor Agency) of the
City of Campbell by the following vote, to wit:
