Energizing of Electroliers,
Budd Avenue, Wilton Drive,
Adler Avenue and Dell Avenue
Gentlemen:
Enclosed please find a copy of the plans for construction
of street improvements on Budd Avenue, Wilton Drive and
Adler Avenue, including street lighting.
,On Budd Avenue, you will note that the plans call for
installation of two l75-Watt, Mercury Vapor luminaire elec-
troliers, Schedule LS-2C, and the removal of two existing
luminaires, Schedule LS-lA. Remove luminaire Nos. 96 and
1132 at the time when the new electroliers are energized.
On Wilton Drive, electrolier No. 925 has been modified by
removal of the 4000 lumen incandescent lurninaire and the
installation of a 175-Watt, Mercury Vapor luminaire.
Electrolier No. 925 is Schedule LS-2C. Provide overhead
service drop from prior service point.
On Adler Avenue, electrolier No. 970 has been modified to
an underground serviced electrolier with the deletion of
the overhead service drop from electrolier No. 969. A new
175-Watt, Mercury Vapor luminaire electrolier, Schedule
LS-2C, has been jnstalled at Station 4 + 52. Electrolier
Nos. 969 and 970 are l75-Watt, Mercury Vapor, Schedule
LS-2C. The service point for elect:;:olH"r No. 970 and the
new elect.rolier at Station 4 + 52 is aJc a P. G. & E. pole
at Station 0 + 00, more or less. The electrical contractor
on this project is Howard Electric Company.
Also enclosed is a f'.t:ceet improve.ment plan for 921 Dell
AVE-mue. The electrol iSj: shown on the plans has been instal] ed,
o.nd you arc .requested t:o ?Fergizc it at this time. It is a

Dear Mr. Gomez:
Reference is made to your letter of October 27, 1972 regarding
the surface run-off from Wilton Drive within Tract No. 3324.
This letter is to be considered as written acceptance to the
specific items for the surface drainage system. Namely, a
concrete flow gutter and the asphalt pavement as specified and
drawn by John J. Mullen & Associates entitled "Grading Plan",
dated October 31, 1972. It is our intention and desire that
the surface will be maintained in a state of good repair and
will not be allowed to deteriorate, and that it will be kept
free of debris to allow the runoff of water to flow freely.
It is obvious that this is the only way we maintain our
apartment complex wherever they might be, which is to keep up
and maintain in good repair and keep clean of all of our
premises.

BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL, COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENTS OF
SAN TOMAS DEVELOPERS, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
350 BUDD AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENTS.
WHEREAS, San Tomas Developers, a limited partnership, have
submitted Agreements to this City Council for the development of
their real property described upon that certain instrument recorded
March 31, 1971, and filed in Book 9274 of Official Records at
Pages 136 and 137 in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California in accordance with prescribed
conditions; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with said prescribed condftions and as
specified and recited in the Agreements and concurrently herewith
said San Tomas Developers, a limited partnership have submitted
Grant Deeds of certain portions of their real property for public
street purposes and related public uses (including public utility
easements, public service easements, ,public pedestrian easements,
storm sewer easements); and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by this City
Council that said Agreements are hereby accepted and that the Mayor
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agree-
ments on behalf of the City of Campbell: and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by this City Council that the said Grant
Deeds submitted in accordance with said prescrnbed conditions be
and they are hereby accepted for the purposes for which they are
offered.

frontage of the Dar~yl Coleman property on Budd Avenue which
will be improved with Project 65-4. Councilman Rose proposes
and moves that this frontage be included in the project and
that the City recoup proportionate share of costs from the
property owners, seconded by Councilman Hyde and carried by the
following roll call vote:
