Woodworth Planner I City of Campbell 75 North Central Avenue Campbell, California 95008 Dear Mr. Woodworth: We have reviewed the site plan for house relocation, Gan Construction Company, your File S81-10, which you sent to us on March 9, 1981. The site would not be subject to flooding from a District facility in the event of the 1% flood. The site is located in the San Tomas Aquino Creek watershed and adjacent to Budd Percolation area. No overbank drainage can be allowed into the percolation pond. Because it can affect the operation and maintenance of the perc ponds, we request that any grading adjacent to the right of way be done in accordance with District Detail Sheets 20-20B. The details of the grading should include the cross-sectional view at the right of way and should be shown on the improvement plans. If parking is proposed near District's right of way, provisions to protect fencing from vehicular damage should be made. A curb or wheel bumper placed at least 5 feet from the District's right of way or a traffic guardrail placed adjacent to District's right of way would be satisfactory. In accordance with District Ordinance 75-6, the owner should show any existing welles) on the plans and inform us regarding their proposed use. Please contact Mr. David Zozaya at 299-2454 for information about well permits. AN A~~IP~AðTI\I<" ^"'T',",~I <""D' ,",V<"D
