A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
TOP GRADE CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR WINCHESTER BOULEVARD PHASE I
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 10-KK, DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION, AND AUTHORIZING A FUTURE BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, on August 25, 2011, a construction contract was awarded to Top Grade
Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Winchester Boulevard Phase I
Improvement Project 10-KK; and
WHEREAS, Top Grade Construction, Inc. completed installation of various
improvements in accordance with the project plans and specifications for the
Winchester Boulevard Phase I Improvement Project 10-KK; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that approximately $35,000 will remain in the project
following the final invoicing of project expenses to the grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by Top Grade Construction, Inc. for the
Winchester Boulevard Phase I Improvement Project 10-KK, and directs the City
Engineer to file a Notice of Completion; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes a future budget adjustment to transfer any remaining
project funds from the Winchester Boulevard Phase I Improvement Project 10-KK to the
project budget for the Hacienda Avenue Green Street Improvement Project No. 08-04.
