A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ANNE
BYBEE FOR HER EMPLOYMENT AS CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, Section 2.16.020 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides that
compensation for all appointed officers and employees of the City shall be fixed by
Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has offered the position of City Clerk to Anne Bybee under
the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement that is attached hereto;
WHEREAS, Anne Bybee has accepted the position under the terms and conditions set
forth in the Agreement that is attached hereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that
the Mayor is authorized to execute an employment agreement with Anne Bybee for City
Clerk, effective December 4, 2012.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Campbell
this 20th day of November, 2012, by the following roll call vote:
