A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS FOR SUPPLEMENTAL LAND DEVELOPMENT
ENGINEERING SERVICES AND NEGOTIATE AND AWARD THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City desires to solicit consulting services for the purpose of reviewing
parcel and tract maps and assigning the duties of the City Surveyor for said maps; and
WHEREAS, additional, supplemental land development services may be required on an
as needed basis; and
WHEREAS, CSG Consultants is the current consultant providing these services with an
agreement that will expire on June 30, 2013; and
WHEREAS, a new agreement would be negotiated to take effect beginning July 1,
2013 and would be a two-year agreement with the opportunity to increase the term or
compensation by written amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the City Engineer to issue a request for proposals for supplemental
land development engineering services and negotiate and award an agreement for a
two year term in an amount not to exceed $25,000.
