A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CAMPBELL AVENUE RESURFACING
PROJECT 10-AA PHASE II AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF
THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, on July 13, 2012, a construction contract was awarded to J. A. Gonsalves
and Son Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Campbell Avenue Resurfacing
Project 10-AA Phase II; and
WHEREAS, J. A. Gonsalves and Son Construction, Inc. completed installation of
various improvements in accordance with the project plans and specifications for the
Campbell Avenue Resurfacing Project 10-AA Phase II;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by J. A. Gonsalves and Son
Construction, Inc. for the Campbell Avenue Resurfacing Project 10-AA Phase II, and
directs the City Engineer to file the Notice of Completion.
