A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC ART FOR THE EAST
CAMPBELL AVENUE PORTALS PROJECT 11-EE
WHEREAS, an extensive Request for Qualifications (RFO) process was
conducted for a public artist in conjunction with the East Campbell Avenue Portals
Project; and
WHEREAS, Susan Zoccola was found to be the best candidate for completion of
the public art component on East Campbell Portals Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the City Engineer to negotiate and execute a contract for
public art with Susan Zoccola in an amount not to exceed $86,250.
