A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR PROJECT 12-HH, RADAR
SPEED FEEDBACK SIGNS PROJECT, AND DIRECTING
THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, on November 16, 2012, a contract was awarded to Steiny and Company
Inc. for the installation of 21 Radar Speed Feedback Signs for Project 12HH; and
WHEREAS, on May 7, 2013 a change order was issued to Steiny and Company Inc. to
install an additional 10 Radar Speed Feedback Signs; and
WHEREAS, Steiny and Company Inc. has completed installation of 31 Radar Speed
Feedback Signs in accordance with the project plans and specifications for Project
12HH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by Steiny and Company Inc. for the
Radar Speed Feedback Signs Project 12HH, and directs the City Engineer to file the
Notice of Completion.
