A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE KIM LOUISE DRIVE 8~ WHITE OAKS
ROAD OVERLAY AND MISCELLANEOUS ACCESSIBILITY RAMP INSTALLATION
PROJECT 11-AA AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF
THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, on March 1, 2013, a construction contract was awarded to G. Bortolotto &
Company, Inc., of San Carlos, California for the construction of the Kim, Louise Drive &
White Oaks Road Overlay and Miscellaneous Accessibility Ramp Installation Project
11-AA; and
WHEREAS, G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc. completed installation of various
improvements in accordance with the project plans and specifications for the Kim
Louise Drive & White Oaks Road Overlay And Miscellaneous Accessibility Ramp
Installation Project 11-AA;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc. for the
Kim Louise Drive & White Oaks Road Overlay and Miscellaneous Accessibility Ramp
Installation Project 11-AA, and directs the City Engineer to file the Notice of Completion.
