A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES
TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR PROFESSIONAL VENDING
SERVICES FOR A VARIETY OF CITY FACILITIES AND TO AWARD A CONTRACT
TO THE SELECTED BIDDER
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell owns a variety of public facilities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has historically provided food and beverage options at
the specified locations for the community and its employees; and
WHEREAS, the current .contract is set to expire on December 31, 2013 and the City
wants to continue to provide this service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the Director of
Recreation and Community Services to issue an RFP for professional vending services
and to award a contract to selected bidders.
