A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT AND
SIDEWALK EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1201 W. CAMPBELL AVENUE
WHEREAS, on August 28, 2013, the Community Development Director grahted
conditional approval of the Tentative Parcel Map allowing the division of one parcel into
two parcels for the property located at 1201 W. Campbell Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the public right of way and public service easement and sidewalk
easement have been offered for dedication on the Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the public right of way and public service easement and sidewalk
easement are consistent with the public right of way along W. Campbell Avenue and
Collen Way and are needed for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the public right of way and public service easement offered for dedication as shown
on the said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are
offered.
