BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A TEXT AMENDMENT
(PLN2012-183) TO AMEND CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE
CHAPTER 21.1'0 (COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USES) IN _
ORDER TO IDENTIFY ANCILLARY RETAIL OPERATION AS A
CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USE WITHIN THE M-1 (LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT.
After notification ahd public hearing, as specified by law and after presentation fiy the
Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the City Council of the City of
Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: Section 21.10.080(0) of the Campbell Municipal Code is hereby
amended as set forth ih Exhibit A attached. Additions are indicated by bold text and
deletions are indicated by °+: ~° +".^ ^" +,,..°. Portions of Section 21.10.080(0)- not
shown in bold text or strike through type are not changed.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its
passage and adoption and shall. be published, one time within fifteen (15) days upon
passage and adoption ih the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in
the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
