A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10182 AND ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT-125 S. SAN TOMAS AQUINO ROAD
WHEREAS, on June 19, 2012, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11424
approving the creation of twenty-five (25) detached single-family residences and two (2)
common lots for the property located at 125 S. San Tomas Aquino Road; and
WHEREAS, a public service easement, a public sidewalk easement and an emergency
vehicle access easement are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the
property and have been offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Vesting Tentative Map, Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the
Campbell Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Tract Map for Tract No. 10182 is hereby approved and the public easements
offered for dedication as shown on the said map are hereby accepted in conformity with
the terms for which they are offered.
