RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ADOPTING A REVISED EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Campbell adopted on November 8,
1971, did establish an emergency organization; and
WHEREAS, Said ordinance provides that the structures, duties, and functions of
the emergency organization shall be adopted by resolution of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves as follows:
1. That the emergency organization of the City of Campbell shall be as
described in the revised document entitled "City of Campbell Emergency
Operation Plan, revised 2014," a copy of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
2. That the "City of Campbell Emergency Operation Plan, revised 2014"
replaces all previous City of Campbell Emergency Management /
Operations plans.
