A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
SPOSETO ENGINEERING, INC. FOR ADA ACCESSIBILITY RAMPS PROJECT
14-AA, DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, AND
APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, on March 18, 2014, a construction contract was awarded to Sposeto
Engineering, Inc. for the construction of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA)
Accessibility Ramps Project No. 14-AA; and
WHEREAS, Sposeto Engineering, Inc. completed installation of various improvements
in accordance with the project plans and specifications for the ADA Accessibility Ramps
Project No. 14-AA; and
WHEREAS, there is a project balance of $24,105.86; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by Sposeto Engineering, Inc. for the
construction of the ADA Accessibility Ramps Project No. 14-AA, and directs the City
Engineer to file a Notice of Completion; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves a budget adjustment to transfer any remaining project funds
from the ADA Accessibility Ramps Project No. 14-AA to the East Campbell Avenue
Portals Project 11-EE.
