A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10030 AND
ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 258/268 UNION AVENUE
WHEREAS, on June 3, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10919 approving
a Tentative Map for properties located at 258/268 Union Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on August 3, 2010 the City Council adopted Resolution 11213 granting a
two-year extension of approval to extend a previously approved Planned Development
permit, and
WHEREAS, on February 19, 2013 the City Council adopted Resolution 11519 granting
a second extension approving athree-year extension of approval (PLN2012-156) for
the previously approved Planned Development permit, and `
WHEREAS, a public service easement and sidewalk easement are necessary to
accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication
on the Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Tentative Map, Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Tract Map for Tract No. 10030 is hereby approved and the public easements
offered for dedication as shown on the said map are hereby accepted in conformity with
the terms for which they are offered.
