A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO 10237 AND ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC STREET DEDICATION (JASMINE COURT), PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT
AND STORM DRAIN EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1411/1421 WESTMONT AVENUE
WHEREAS, on January 28, 2014 the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell
adopted Resolution No 4137 approving a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for
properties located at 1411 and 1421 Westmont Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, a Public Street, Public Service Easement, and a Storm Drain Easement
are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and have been
offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff and found to be in
compliance with the Tentative Map Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that Tract Map 10237 is hereby approved and the Public Service Easement, Storm
Drain Easement and Public Street offered for dedication as shown on the said map, are
hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
