A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10238 AND ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AND PUBLIC EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 45-81 KENNEDY AVE
WHEREAS on January 28 2014 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution 4132
4135 approving a Vesting Tentative Map to create 18 residential lots and one common
lot for the property located at 45-81 Kennedy Avenue, and
WHEREAS, public right of way a public service easement and an emergency vehicle
access easement are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the properties
and have been offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and
WHEREAS the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff and found to be in
compliance with the Vesting Tentative Map, Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the
Campbell Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Tract Map for Tract No 10238 is hereby approved and the public easements
offered for dedication as shown on the said map are hereby accepted in conformity with
the terms for which they are offered
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2015 by the following roll call
vote:
