BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CONGRATULATING
KYOTO PALACE, 2014 BUSINESS OF THE YEAR
WHEREAS, Kyoto Palace has been selected by the Campbell Chamber of Commerce
as 2014 Business of the Year in recognition of many years of service to the Campbell
community and will be honored on March 21 2015 at the annual 'Celebrate Campbell"
banquet; and
WHEREAS, Kyoto Palace has been in operation at the Pruneyard Shopping Center
since 1976 and employs a staff of 45 and
WHEREAS, Dale Yoshihara has been ,in the restaurant business since 1973 and has
been a partner in Kyoto Palace since 2001 and
WHEREAS, Kyoto Palace is known for its fun, family friendly atmosphere has
developed a following of loyal customers over the years and is a fantastic venue for
birthday celebrations and corporate lunches and dinners and
WHEREAS, Kyoto Palace has consistently been involved with the Campbell
community and gone the extra mile to support local schools, churches, service clubs,
and non-profit organizations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
congratulate Kyoto Palace on being named Campbell's 2014 Business of the Year and
recognize their valued service to the Campbell community and continued involvement in
civic endeavors.
