A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HAMILTON AVENUE REHABILITATION
PROJECT 14-BB, DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION,
AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS On July 9 2014 the City Engineer awarded a construction contract to G
Bortolotto & Co, Inc. of San Carlos, California, and
WHEREAS, G Bortolotto & Co Inc. completed installation of various improvements in
accordance with the project plans and specifications for the Hamilton Avenue
Rehabilitation Project 14-BB and
WHEREAS approximately $129,284 of CIPR pavement maintenance funds remain
unspent in the project budget.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by G Bortolotto & Co, Inc. for the
Hamilton Avenue Rehabilitation Project 14-BB directs the City Engineer to file the
Notice of Completion, and approves a budget adjustment transferring the remaining
balance of funds from Project 14-BB to the Annual Pavement Maintenance Project 15-
AA.
