A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
REJECTING ALL BIDS, RESCINDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT FUNDING AND CANCELLING THE CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX
PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 15-CC
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara has assigned- $56,384 to the City of Campbell
for the purpose of completing accessibility improvements within the public right of way
at the Civic Center Complex; and
WHEREAS, bids for the work contemplated were received on April 21, 2015 and were
in excess of the budget for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby rejects all bids, rescinds the Community Development Block Grant Furiding of
$56,384, and cancels the"Civic Center Complex Pedestrian Pathway Improvement
Project No. 15-CC.
