A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A REVISED PARK, FIELD AND ATHLETIC FACILITY USE POLICY AND
SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR USE OF PARK FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City currently has a Park, Field and Facility Use Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Sports Working Group and the Parks and Recreation Commission
have worked cooperatively to update the Park, Field and Athletic Facility Use Policy and
establish a priority system for field allocations; and
WHEREAS, a discount based on residency will be extended to the youth non-profit groups
up to 70 percent of the non-profit fee schedule; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby adopts the attached
additions/modifications to the Park, Field and Athletic Facility Use Policy and Schedule of
Fees and Charges to be paid to the City of Campbell by all persons desiring to use those
items or services contained in the Schedule of Fees and Charges for Use of City Park
Facilities, effective June 3, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Resolution be made an addendum to the
City Council Policy Manual.
