A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO COVER THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
THE MIGRATION OF DATA FROM THE LEGACY GRS FINANCIAL SYSTEM TO THE NEW
SUNGARD/PENTAMTION ERP SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the data contained with the legacy GRS financial system will need to be accessed
by Human Resources and Finance in the future; and
WHEREAS, the new Sungard/Pentamation infrastructure does not support running the GRS
software; and ~
WHEREAS, the existing server is no longer supported, and has reached the end of its useful
life; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorized a budget
adjustment in the amount of $25,000 to migrate the GRS data into the new
Sungard/Pentamation ERP system.
