A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
COMMENDING SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGER LISA TAIT ON HER 32
YEARS OF SERVICE.TO THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
WHEREAS, Lisa Tait began her career with the City of Campbell as a Police
Clerk in 1983 and was promoted to Records Supervisor in 1991,
Communications Supervisor in 1995, Public Systems Safety Specialist in 2000,
and Support Services Manager in 2010; and
WHEREAS, Lisa Tait was the Police Department's first civilian Support Services
Manager responsible for managing our 9-1-1 Communications and Records
Division; and
WHEREAS, Lisa Tait managed a $1.8 million Police Department technology
project and Communications Center Update; and
WHEREAS, Lisa Tait worked extensively on the Silicon Valley Regional
Interoperability Project and is responsible for the implementation of many of the
technology applications currently in use by the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, Lisa Tait is a distinguished graduate of the Santa Clara County
Leadership Academy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell recognizes and commends Lisa Tait on her retirement from the City of
Campbell after 32 years of service.
